This lovely country house with French character is located close to the nearby village of Massignac. It is an ideal base for rambling, painting, writing, cycling, fishing and horse riding.  It has a lovely leisure lake nearby and boasts one of the most superb restaurants

You will find a well equipped kitchen /dining area with comfortable lounge, English satellite TV/DVD, shower room and separate WC.

The property has a wood burning stove and electric central heating for those who wish to visit during the colder months.
This house sleeps 6 plus a baby.

There is a family room with double bed and bunk beds, and a further double bedroom.

Due to the Charente Tourist Information Board's recommendations, the mezzanine is no longer a permanent bedroom, however, should you require sleeping arrangements to be more flexible, a single bed can be accommodated on the mezzanine.

The large garden is very private and offers the following: table/chairs, sun loungers, BBQ, splash pool and swings for the children.
