All our Gites are within 35/40 minutes drive from Limoges Bellegarde Airport and are situated close to our local market town of Chabanais, which will cater for all your needs. There are Medieval towns and places of interest all within easy reach of your gite.
AVAILABILITY CALENDAR There is a calendar for each Gite via our website with Chez Nous. Please browse through them whilst choosing your holiday.
TRAVEL CROSSINGS Please don't forget to check Chez Nous prices for Ferry/Tunnel crossings and also for your insurance. Very often good savings can be made through them. Bon voyage.
ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES Guests are asked to arrive after 3.00 pm and leave before 10.00am to allow time for cleaning and pool servicing.
DEPOSIT A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking, with the balance due 10 weeks prior to your stay. For bookings made within the 10 week period the full amount will be due.
DAMAGE DEPOSITS Whilst we are sure that all our occupants will take the greatest of care whilst staying in their gite, we do require that a 'Damage Deposit' of £100 is paid with the balance. This will be held and returned to you, in full, if appropriate, within 7 days of your departure.
REQUIREMENTS The following items are available should you need the use of them during your stay. An information pack, including these details, will be forwarded to you once we receive your booking. May we suggest that if you require any of the following, please let us know as soon as possible. All items are available free of charge.

GROCERIES We will provide you with a basic welcome hamper of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, cheese, paté, butter, free-range eggs, juice and a bottle of wine. May we suggest that if you are arriving on a Saturday you have sufficient food to see you through the weekend as the main supermarkets are closed on a Sunday. There is, however, a mini market in Chabanais and one in Massignac, which are also open Sunday mornings.
LINEN A mid-stay linen change is available if required. There will be no extra charge for this service.
CLEANING Guests are requested to clean the accommodation and leave it as they would wish to find it, so as not to spoil the next person's holiday. All necessary cleaning materials are provided.
GROUNDS We carry out all maintenance to the garden, but so as not to disturb your privacy, we ask that any pot plants are regularly watered. Thank you. All our gites have garden furniture, BBQ's, sun loungers and splash pools. Les Remberties and La Chouette also have swings for children.

doctors etc.) in the welcome pack at
N.B. Unfortunately our lake will not be available for fishing during 2008 due to maintenance and alterations taking place, it will however be fully restored for 2009.
